1. What We Collect
Account data (email, username), profile data you provide, content you upload, engagement data (likes, follows, watch history), transaction records, and technical data such as device and log information.
2. How We Use It
To operate the service, personalize feeds, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch FLIQ servers. We store only transaction metadata (amounts, status, and Stripe references) needed for your purchase history and creator earnings.
4. Content Visibility
Free posts are visible to everyone. Locked content is accessible only to buyers or active subscribers, enforced by row-level security and signed, expiring media URLs. Direct messages are visible only to conversation participants and, where required for safety review, authorized moderators.
5. Sharing
We share data with processors that power the service (Supabase for hosting/auth/storage, Stripe for payments, Vercel for delivery), with authorities when legally required, and with no one else.
6. Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@fliq.app to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level security on every database table, signed URLs for private media, audit logging of administrative actions, and webhook signature verification for payment events.
